Electrical adjustable-height desks are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Years 1 and 2 cover parts and labour. Years 3 to 5 cover parts only; labour and service fees are chargeable based on the time and resources required.
The solid-wood tabletop is excluded because it naturally wears and changes with use. Each piece of solid wood is unique and may develop minor surface marks or other changes in appearance over time.

Where a qualifying extended warranty applies and Custom Desk SG assembled the desk, it is recorded automatically. You do not need to complete a separate registration.
Caring for solid wood
Wipe up spills promptly. Clean the tabletop with a soft damp cloth, then dry it. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Use coasters, mats or pads where appropriate, and do not place very hot or wet items directly on the wood. Natural variation, wear and changes in appearance are part of solid wood.
Caring for an adjustable desk
Keep cables clear while the desk moves, make sure the travel path is unobstructed and follow the stated load limits.
Stop using the mechanism and contact us if you notice unusual movement, sound or a possible fault.
General care and moving
Do not drag the desk. Follow any project-specific care or use advice provided with your order.
Contact us before dismantling or relocating a complex desk if you are unsure how it should be handled.
