Yes. After you accept the quote and make the required initial payment, you review the final desk plan before production.

Your quote states the initial payment and the schedule. Once that is paid you approve the final desk plan, and production follows it. Read the full terms.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and making the required payment. After that cooling-off period, design and preparation work may begin, so the amount paid becomes non-refundable. Custom-made products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Typically 2–3 weeks for a simple desk, 3–4 weeks for an adjustable one, and 4 weeks or more for larger or more complex projects. We confirm your lead time before production begins. See typical production times.

Your quote lists the agreed desk, dimensions, materials, features, and delivery or installation arrangements where relevant. If you later change anything, we will explain and confirm any price change first.

Yes. We plan desks around compact rooms, columns, windows, sockets and other common constraints.

Wipe it with a soft damp cloth, then dry it. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Electrical adjustable-height desks have a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Years 1 and 2 cover parts and labour, years 3 to 5 cover parts only. The solid-wood tabletop is excluded because it naturally wears and changes with use. Read about warranty and aftercare.

Yes. We have built the desks shown for our customers, one by one. Some website images have been enhanced using AI to improve the lighting, setting or surrounding décor. If you would like to see original project photographs, ask us and we will be happy to share them. You can also visit our showroom to see the wood and physical examples in person.
