How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, understand your requirements, prepare or discuss quotes and drawings, confirm specifications, manage orders, arrange appointments or delivery, and provide support.

We may also keep records needed to run the business and meet our legal or accounting obligations.

Email enquiry workflow

The Get a quote form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not send or store the form details through this website.

We receive your name, phone number and project details only after you choose to send the prepared email. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and prepare or discuss your quote.

WhatsApp enquiries

If you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, messages and any photos you send are handled within WhatsApp as well as by us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

Use email instead if you would prefer your project details not to pass through WhatsApp.

Cookies, analytics and technical data

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Analytics only starts if you choose Accept analytics, and nothing is loaded or set before then. Google acts as our analytics service provider.

When analytics is running it may process the pages you visit, general device and browser information, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you move through the site. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into the Get a quote form.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining leaves the website fully usable. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and one technical value that helps page navigation work is cleared when you close the tab.

Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to services those companies operate under their own policies.

Our hosting provider processes the standard technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address and the time of your request.

Who may receive it

We share information only when it is needed to complete your enquiry or project—for example with our workshop, delivery team or service providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including project support and business records.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our care.
