How we handle your information

Information you share with us

We may collect your name, phone number, email address and the details needed to understand your project.

Project information may include room photos, measurements, drawings, delivery details, equipment lists, finish choices and messages you send us.

If you use the price estimator, this may include your desk choices, the floor your delivery is going to, and a description of any custom accessory you want.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, understand your requirements, prepare or discuss quotes and drawings, confirm specifications, manage orders, arrange appointments or delivery, and provide support.

We may also keep records needed to run the business and meet our legal or accounting obligations.

Email enquiry workflow

The Get a quote form and the price estimator prepare an email in your own email application. They do not send or store the details through this website.

We receive your name, phone number and project details only after you choose to send the prepared email. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and prepare or discuss your quote.

Price estimator

The price estimator lets you choose a desk and see an estimated price. It works out the estimate in your browser. It is not a quotation, and we confirm the final price with you.

Your desk choices. While you use the estimator, your desk choices are kept temporarily in your browser tab so you do not lose them if you reload. These include sizes and dimensions, wood, legs or frame, finishes, accessories, installation and delivery options, and the delivery floor. They are cleared when you close the tab. They are not sent to us.

Details you type. The price estimator does not ask for your name, phone number or email address. Our website does not keep what you type, such as a description of a custom accessory. It is processed in your browser only to prepare an enquiry when you ask for one, and it is gone when you close or reload the page. Please give only a floor number, not your street address.

Enquiries you start. Nothing is sent until you choose. If you choose Email My Quote Request, the estimator opens your own email application with a message to us already written, including your desk choices, estimated prices and any custom-accessory description you typed. If you choose Send on WhatsApp, it opens WhatsApp with the same message. You can add your name, phone number and photos yourself, and nothing is sent until you press send in your email application or WhatsApp. Copy full summary puts the complete text on your clipboard. Print / Save as PDF produces an estimate with your desk choices and prices and none of your personal details.

Once you send. We receive your details only when you send the email or press Send in WhatsApp. Once WhatsApp opens, it may process your message, and your phone number, under its own terms and privacy policy. Your email provider handles the email in the same way.

WhatsApp enquiries

If you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, messages and any photos you send are handled within WhatsApp as well as by us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

Some pages, including the price estimator, can open WhatsApp with a message already written from your selections. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. Once WhatsApp is open, it may process the message and your phone number under its own terms and privacy policy.

Use email instead if you would prefer your project details not to pass through WhatsApp.

Cookies, analytics and technical data

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Analytics only starts if you choose Accept analytics, and nothing is loaded or set before then. Google acts as our analytics service provider.

When analytics is running it may process the pages you visit, general device and browser information, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you move through the site. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into the Get a quote form or the price estimator.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining leaves the website fully usable. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Two technical values are kept only in your browser tab and cleared when you close it: one helps page navigation work and, if you use the price estimator, one holds your current desk choices.

The price estimator sends no analytics events of its own. If you have accepted analytics, a visit to the estimator page is counted like any other page, and the page address never contains your choices.

Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to services those companies operate under their own policies.

Our hosting provider processes the standard technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address and the time of your request.

Who may receive it

We share information only when it is needed to complete your enquiry or project—for example with our workshop, delivery team or service providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including project support and business records.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our care.

Access, correction and withdrawal

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for future use where applicable.

Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue an enquiry or provide a service that depends on that information.
