From your first photo to an approved desk plan
You do not need a finished design before contacting us. Start with the problem, and we will guide you through the decisions in the right order.
Map your setup
Tell us about screens, equipment, sitting or standing, cables, storage and anything that must fit above or below the desk.
Choose your desk
We help you choose the shape, dimensions, support, materials and useful add-ons before preparing the quote.
Review the quote
Check the specifications, what is included, the payment schedule and the delivery or installation arrangements. Any later change that affects the quote is confirmed with you first.
Confirm the desk plan
After you accept the quote and make the required initial payment, review and approve the final dimensions, orientation, materials, openings and component positions.
Build and handover
Production follows the approved plan and agreed payment arrangement. Any remaining payment, and the delivery, installation or collection arrangements that apply, are confirmed in your quote or invoice.

How long it takes
Lead time follows the size and complexity of your desk. We confirm the expected time before production begins, and your quote states it.
